1031Assist is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription platform and advertising marketplace designed to help real estate investors track and manage 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Users pay subscription fees for access to software tools, calculators, analytics, and document management features.

1031Assist is NOT a licensed real estate broker, attorney, or tax advisor in any jurisdiction. We do not represent buyers, sellers, brokers, or any other party in any real estate transaction.

All property listings and professional profiles on 1031Assist are paid advertisements submitted by property owners, sponsors, and service providers. 1031Assist does not endorse, recommend, verify, or represent any listed professional or property. Users contact any professional or property owner at their own sole discretion and risk.

Users are responsible for conducting independent due diligence, verification, and consultation with licensed professionals before making any decisions based on listings or profiles.

1031Assist is not a party to any real estate transaction. We do not facilitate closings, manage escrow, transfer funds, or participate in any transaction in any capacity. All transactions and communications occur between the user and the counterparty directly.

1031Assist charges no commission, referral fee, transaction fee, or any other fee beyond the stated subscription price for software access.

Subscription fees are strictly for software access only. Fees do not include transaction services, brokerage, legal advice, tax advice, or any professional services. Billing terms and renewal policies are outlined in your subscription agreement.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. 1031Assist DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1031Assist SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON LISTINGS, PROFESSIONAL PROFILES, OR CONTENT.

Users are solely responsible for verifying all information, conducting due diligence, and consulting licensed professionals (CPA, attorney, real estate broker, qualified intermediary) before making any real estate or tax decisions. Nothing on 1031Assist constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah for any disputes.
