Your record starts free and stays intact.
Even if you never upgrade, your property history and exchange records remain in 1031Assist so your permanent record stays intact.
Launch-hold surfaces
Property Search is intentionally being held out of the initial launch while the core record, exchange, compliance, and billing systems are finalized. The current product direction is for it to return in a later release with Free-tier access.
How to read these plans
This release is priced as an investor ladder: Free → Investor → Portfolio → Enterprise. Brokers, lenders, CPAs, QIs, attorneys, and other professionals collaborate inside the same exchange rooms, but there is not a separate public professional subscription tier yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Investor and Portfolio both offer annual billing at a 10% discount.
What happens after I subscribe?
Your paid plan starts immediately, and you can switch between Free, Investor, and Portfolio as your property count changes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Change plans at any time — billing is prorated so you only pay for what you use.
Is my data safe on the Free plan?
Absolutely. Your property and exchange history is yours — stored securely and never deleted, regardless of plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your record stays in 1031Assist. Paid planning features turn off when the paid plan ends, but your core property, exchange, and document history remains so your operating record does not disappear.
Can my CPA, attorney, broker, or QI access my account?
Yes. The product is designed around investor-plus-professional workflows. The current release supports inviting professionals and organizing the exchange record around shared participants and document access.
Do you offer refunds or a money-back guarantee?
The public pricing page does not advertise a blanket money-back guarantee today. Use the Free plan to evaluate the operating record first, then move to Investor or Portfolio when you are comfortable with the workflow.
Do you have SOC 2 today?
No public SOC 2 claim is made on the site today. We prefer explicit disclosure over implied certification. See the Security Practices page for the current product-positioning on access control, document handling, and formal compliance status.
Can I see the product before I sign up?
Yes. The public Product Preview page shows representative dashboard and exchange-room layouts so you can evaluate the product shape before creating an account.
How should I think about security for uploaded exchange documents?
Treat 1031Assist as an operating system for sensitive exchange records and apply the same discipline you would use with closing statements or tax workpapers. Review the public security page for the current handling posture and consult your own advisors if you need institution-specific requirements.
