Bulk import properties, leases, and more from CSV files

For investor property seeding, start with the Property card. It includes the basis, value, and acquisition fields the property ledger expects before those records are linked into exchange rooms.

Property
Import durable property records, including seeded historical chain properties, from CSV.

Required columns: address, city, state, asset_type, operating_profile

Signed-in property imports attach ownership fields automatically to your account. Use this for bulk property seeding before linking assets into exchanges.

Required columns: name, status

Use YYYY-MM-DD date format. Status must be one of: pre_identification, identified, under_contract, in_escrow, closed, failed. Investor ownership and transaction numbers are assigned automatically on import; the source notes field is stamped with the import timestamp.
